Littlefoot's a Tropius, which is grass and flying, and Midgardsormr is a Dratini, a dragon type. But he has the move Thunderbolt.

Well, a Grass/Flying type is gonna have a better supereffective movepool than a Dratini. And if it's a Dratini, then it's probably below level 30, right? It'd be underleveled for Cianwood. Go with Littlefoot.
