I would not worry, though. Aside from some extremely limited circumstances, it is not particularly dangerous.

[For the past weeks, he'd been chugging steadily along after the female humans who'd been feeding him (which was nice because, surprisingly, shop owners don't like it when big hulking feral-looking young men tromp into the store and start raiding the fish and poultry sections) with little desire to fiddle much with the network.]

[Gallumphing back over to his bag, Toothless promptly fiddles the PokeGear out of it, and as he does so, the screen on Hiccup's end will promptly be filled with a very familiar set of Big Green Eyes.]</sub>

[So Hiccup has already met one of those very nice ladies by the time Toothless contacts him, which is probably a good thing! Because now he knows that his beloved dragon is no longer a dragon, and that he can't speak very well.

EVEN SO, the noise Toothless makes causes the verbal equivalent of a keysmash from the young viking, and he nearly drops the gear at the sight of those eyes.

But they are indeed very familiar eyes. And with his world completely upside down, they are a very welcome sight.]

Toothless! [He is so very certain of this fact, and it shows in his voice.]
